(Donald Trump) Mayweather vs McGregor Live Strem Ticket Prices

Mayweather vs McGregor: Ticket prices, Donald Trump rumours and weigh-in venue discussed by hosts.

Conor McGregor will take centre stage with Floyd Mayweather Live Stream in Las Vegas

Ahead of Floyd Mayweather's massive clash with Conor McGregor, we asked MGM to reveal plans for a spectacular event in Las Vegas.

Mayweather's blockbuster battle with McGregor is one of the biggest sporting events of the year, with an unprecedented number of fans and media expected to descend on The T-Mobile Arena for this weekend's showdown, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

MGM Resorts International have hosted a succession of huge fights over the years, but they must now stage events for the biggest star in boxing and the UFC in the coming days.

An MGM spokesperson has answered questions about ticket sales, Donald Trump rumours, and ring walks...

Have tickets sold out for Mayweather-McGregor?

The 20,000 seated T-Mobile Arena will stage Mayweather-McGregor this weekend

We are definitely close to a sell-out and have a few tickets left for fans. The ticket prices range from $500 to $10,000.

Are you expecting plenty of A-list stars?

Hollywood stars such as Jamie Foxx are likely to watch the fight live

I'm sure our colleagues at Showtime and the promoters will get a longer list as we get closer. I think it's safe to say that we will have a wonderful turn out from the entertainment and sports world.

Is Donald Trump going to attend the fight?

There has been speculation that America's president Donald Trump might attend

I do not know. You would have to ask the chief of staff at the White House. He may have reached out to the promoters or Showtime, I have not heard.

Where will the 'Grand Arrival' take place?

They are happening on Tuesday at Toshiba Plaza, which is adjacent to the T-Mobile Arena. There is a production being developed as we speak and anyone there will see a great spectacle.

Which venue will host the press conferences?

Mayweather will resume his verbal warfare with McGregor on Wednesday

The main event press conference is on Wednesday in the KA Theatre, and then on Thursday the undercard press conference is going to be held at the David Copperfield Theatre at the MGM Grand as well.

Where can you watch the weigh-in?

McGregor will tip the scales at Friday's weigh-in

The weigh-in will be at the T-Mobile Arena on Friday at 3pm Las Vegas time, which is 11pm UK time. It will be a ticketed event, with complimentary admission. Everyone who has a ticket will have a seat.

Will you screen the fight for fans who do not have a ticket?

They can watch it at any of our MGM Resort properties along the Las Vegas strip.
What are the ideal venues for McGregor's Irish fans?

See how Las Vegas is preparing for Mayweather's fight with McGregor

We have a couple. At 'New York New York', adjacent to the T-Mobile Arena, is a restaurant called 'Nine Fine Irishmen.' That is a great spot. Then there is also another Irish pub called 'Ri Ra'.

Should we expect memorable ring walks?

I imagine the promoters are working on something for the ring walk. Yes, the T-Mobile could stage an extravagant ring walk.

Have you been preparing for a huge attendance of fans?

I think we will see a great atmosphere on Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena and the fans of both fighters will come out in droves to support their fighter.

It's a great opportunity for Las Vegas to show why it's the entertainment capital of the world.

Watch Mayweather vs McGregor, from the T-Mobile Arena, Las Vegas, from midnight August 26, live on Sky Sports Box Office. Book the event online here.

Mayweather Vs McGregor: How To Watch In Australia Free And Online Live. Next week, the biggest star in mixed martial arts will face off against the biggest star in boxing in what is destined to be the most lucrative and ridiculous fight in the history of sports. In one corner: Conor "the Notorious" McGregor (who has never fought in a professional boxing match.) In the other: Floyd 'Money' Mayweather (an undefeated world champion.)

In just a few day's time, the relentless trash talking will finally culminate in physical blows inside a boxing ring. Here's everything you need to know.

Mayweather Vs McGregor: What time does the fight start in Australia?

If you don't have access to a smart TV, the aforementioned Pay-Per-View options can be accessed on a computer or tablet. You can also purchase the fight on UFC TV.

How to watch Mayweather Vs McGregor at the pub

You can rest assured that sports venues around the country will be showing the Mayweather Vs McGregor fight on the biggest commercial TV screens that money can buy. Here are all the bars and pubs that will be showing the Mayweather Vs McGregor live. (Type in your postcode to find the closest venue to your location.).

How to watch Mayweather Vs McGregor for free

The only legal way to watch the Mayweather Vs McGregor fight without paying is to head down the pub (see above.) With that said, Australia is a nation of ex-convicts... and convicts find a way.

One option is to trawl the internet on August 27 for a cheeky broadcast on Facebook Live. This is precisely what happened during the Anthony Mundine Vs Danny Green pay-per-view boxing match back in February. Darren Sharpe, a mechanic from Brisbane, ended up getting 112,000 viewers piggybacking off his Facebook Live stream of the fight.

Needless to say, Foxtel was not amused, but it did not pursue the matter legally. Sharpe was eventually forced to issue a public apology for breaking copyright law, but that was all he copped. Meanwhile, none of the people who watched the stream were punished in any way.

Just be aware that this is a pretty risky way to watch the fight - if a Facebook Live stream does appear, it will be of the handheld, bootleg variety and the broadcast could be shut down at any second. Also, it's clearly an extremely dodgy thing to partake in. (For those interested, you can read up on the legalities of Facebook Live event streaming here.)

How to watch Mayweather vs McGregor at the cinema

You read that right! Village and Event Cinemas will be streaming the match live on select cinema screens. Tickets will cost $28 per person or $45 for Gold Class. Click here to book your tickets.
How to watch Mayweather Vs McGregor live

Planning a trip to Vegas? Getting into the venue won't be cheap: ringside tickets will set you back over $11,000 (!), while the cheapest available seats are still in the region of fifteen-hundred bucks. You can purchase tickets on ticketmaster. (We advise not gambling at the casino too - nobody has that much money.)

 Mayweather Vs McGregor: Fight rules

The Mayweather Vs McGregor fight will follow boxing rules, comprising 12 three-minute rounds at 154 pounds with eight-ounce gloves. (Yes, this means McGregor will not be able to use any of his MMA moves, with the exception of legal punching blows.)

Mayweather Vs McGregor: Fighter stats

    Mayweather     McGregor

Record     Boxing: 49-0 (28 KOs)     MMA: 21-3 (18 KOs)
Height     5'8" (172cm)     5'9" (175cm)
Weight     154lb (70kg)     154lb (70kg)
Style     Orthodox     Southpaw
Reach     72 inches     74 inches
Age     40     29

As you can see, Mayweather has a significant height, reach and age disadvantage, but his 49-0 boxing record speaks for itself. McGregor is very much the underdog here. With that said, self-belief goes a long way and McGregor has this in spades.

Mayweather Vs McGregor: Betting Odds

We do not encourage gambling at Lifehacker, but if you're going to risk your hard-earned cash on the outcome of a sports match, it might as well be for something outlandish and crazy like this.

Here are the current odds from TAB for various outcomes:

    Mayweather: $1.25

    Mayweather by KO/TKO: $1.80

    Mayweather by decision/tech decision: $4

    McGregor: $4

    McGregor by KO/TKO: $5.50

McGregor Wins in Round 1: $17

    McGregor by decision/tech decision: $21

Mayweather Wins in Round 1: $21

McGregor Wins in Round 2: $21

    Draw: $26

The safe money is on a head-to-head Mayweather victory, but at odds of $1.18 it's hardly worth the risk. If you're going to take a punt, go full madman and back a McGregor KO in round 2.

This will give you a nice 20x return on whatever you put down. (For what it's worth, the Irishman has vowed to knock Mayweather out inside two rounds and most experts agree that if McGregor is going to win he will need to do it early.) A more conservative bet is a Mayweather victory by decision, which is currently sitting at $4.

Floyd Mayweather Vs. Conor McGregor Live Streaming (Tickets Selling History)

Floyd Mayweather Vs. Conor McGregor Live Streaming Tickets Among Highest-Selling In History On Secondary Market. Tickets for the Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor boxing live match are still available on the secondary market, but one premier vendor says there isn't a ton available.

LAS VEGAS, NV - AUGUST 10: Floyd Mayweather Jr. holds a media workout at the Mayweather Boxing Club on August 10, 2017 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mayweather will face UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor in a boxing match at T-Mobile Arena on August 26 in Las Vegas. (Photo by Isaac Brekken/Getty Images)

According to data provided to me by StubHub, MayMac is already the No. 2 best-selling fight in the company's history, which began in 2000. Up to this point, MayMac's ticket sales were still trailing the Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao bout from 2015.

This seems somewhat consistent with what was implied by Mayweather Promotions CEO Leonard Ellerbe when he claimed the fight had already taken in $60 million in gate revenue. That $60 million total would put it $12 million behind Mayweather-Pacquiao on the all-time list for highest-grossing gates.

There are still nine days to go before the fight takes place, and last-minute promotional posturing is already in full swing. McGregor had a media session on Wednesday and Mayweather will put his time on Thursday. The Nevada State Athletic Commission also agreed to allow the fight to be contested with 8-ounce gloves, which is different than the 10-ounces that were originally agreed upon.

The use of lighter gloves would imply fans will see more action, and could conceivably give McGregor a better chance to land the power shot his supporters believe he must connect with to have a chance to beat Mayweather.

Per StubHub, as of August 14, they had 1,800 tickets remaining with a starting price around $1,550. Interest in the fight as a legitimate bout doesn't appear to be there, but there's a strong curiosity that could still ultimately drive revenue to the record-breaking numbers originally expected.

Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor Live Stream (undercard, purse and odds) Las Vegas Fight

When is Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor? Tickets, live stream details, undercard, purse and odds for Las Vegas fight online.

Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather Jr is on!

The worst kept secret in fighting has finally be revealed with the superfight set to take place later this summer.

UFC legend McGregor will take on the unbeaten five division boxing champion Mayweather.

The pair have both confirmed the event will happen on their social media pages - with the Irishmen taking a chance to troll his 40-year-old American rival.

The Dubliner agreed to a deal with UFC president Dana White to allow him to fight Mayweather in a boxing match.

And through his promotions company, Mayweather reserved the summer date with the Nevada Commission.

But when is all the action? How can you watch it? What are all the details?

Here is everything that you need to know...

When will the fight take place?

The date to put in the diary in Saturday, August 26, although the fight will likely start in the early hours of the Sunday morning UK time.

Where will the fight take place?

McGregor and Mayweather will slug it out at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The venue has a capacity of 20,000 for ring based events.

It has previously seen Canelo Alvarez vs. Amir Khan, Canelo Alvarez vs. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., Gennady Golovkin vs. Canelo Alvarez, UFCs 200, 202, 207, 209 and 213 take place.

Ticket prices have not been announced yet.

Where can I watch the fight?
If you can't get your hands, or stump up the cash, for tickets, you'll be desperate to know how you can watch it.

While Showtime will broadcast the fight live on pay-per-view in the United States, there is likely to be a bidding war between Sky Sports and BT Sport in the UK.

Whichever TV station gets the rights, Sky Go or the BT Sports app will be the places to go to watch the fight on the go.

How much will the fighters earn?

The mega-fight could generate upwards of £500million.

UFC head honcho Dana White expects McGregor to earn around $100m - although the breakdown of that figure has not been broken down.

Mayweather is thought to have negotiated a bigger slice of the profits.

The fight is expected to break all television box office records.

How much are tickets and when do they go on sale?

Ticket details have not yet been released but expect official prices to be between $1,500 and $7,500, which was the fee fight fans paid at face value for the Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao fight in 2015.

What are the rules?

According to TMZ, the fighters will use 10 ounce gloves in a 12 round boxing fight.

Both McGregor and Mayweather will be tested by USAGA for performing enhancing drugs after the fight.

What weight will they fight at?

They will fight at the light-middleweight limit of 154lb - a weight at which Mayweather beat Oscar De La Hoya in 2007.

Fighters' records

McGregor - UFC

25 fights

22 wins (18 KOs)

3 defeats

Mayweather - Professional Boxing

49 fights

49 wins (26 KOs)

0 defeats

Who is on the undercard?

All that has been revealed so far is that there will be an undercard, which will comprise of boxing rather than MMA.

Heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has previously hinted he wants his next fight to be on the undercard of McGregor vs Mayweather - after he sensationally beat Wladimir Klitschko earlier this year.

That seems unlikely as the Brit has been an exception to his IBF title.

Mayweather vs McGregor Says (FINAL BELL) Live Stream

Mayweather vs McGregor: Floyd Mayweather says he cannot allow Conor McGregor to hear final bell. Floyd Mayweather says it will be a victory for Conor McGregor if their Las Vegas Live Stream fight goes the distance.

The five-weight world champion and UFC star McGregor have both predicted stoppage victories ahead of their eagerly awaited showdown at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on August 26, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

And Mayweather admits that McGregor can claim a moral victory if he manages to reach the final bell.

"He believes it's not going past four and I believe that it's not going to go the distance at all," said Mayweather at his media workout.

"He feels one way, I feel another way, we are both confident in our skills and we'll just have to see.

"It is a victory for him. If it goes the distance, it's a victory for him - in my eyes also."

Mayweather and McGregor's requests to wear 8oz gloves will be heard by the Nevada State Athletic Commission next week and the American star says he does not want to hear any excuses from his opponent after defeat.

"He's said that he's used to fighting in 4oz gloves, so like I said in my post, I want to give you (McGregor) any advantage that you think," said Mayweather.

"For years and years it's just been excuses, just with fighters period."

(T-Mobile Arena) Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor Live Stream

Wait. What? Floyd Mayweather breaks down the reasons Conor McGregor could (should?) upset him. We’re about two weeks away from all hell officially breaking loose in the combat sports world, if it hasn’t already.

You’ve probably heard a thing or two about unbeaten boxing legend Floyd Mayweather (49-0 boxing) taking on UFC lightweight champ Conor McGregor (21-3 MMA, 9-1 UFC) later this month. The two meet in a crossover boxing match Live Stream– McGregor’s first – on Aug. 26 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in what is expected to be the most lucrative fight in history.

You’ve also probably heard a thing or two about how McGregor really doesn’t have much of a shot against a man who will be in his 50th boxing match. Mayweather opened as a 12-1 favorite, though those odds have been bet down to 7-1. Sure, the MMA contingent has a list of reasons why McGregor could pull off a stunner, but the odds are what they are for a reason.

But Tuesday, Mayweather sat down with ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith – presumably willingly – and rattled off a whole bunch of reasons why … wait for it … wait for it … why McGregor could, or even should, beat him.

Bear in mind, we’re only a few weeks removed from the massive press tour “Money” Mayweather and McGregor did in Los Angeles, Toronto, Brooklyn and London, during which Mayweather made no bones about McGregor having no shot.

But with Smith, with the fight looming, his tune seemed to change. According to Mayweather, it’s all about McGregor’s youth, height and reach. And then the typically brash Mayweather added some self-criticism to the interview, admitting he’ll have ring rust, that he’s lost a step, his power is gone – and he’s “slipping.”

Was it a moment of brutal honesty and self reflection? Or was it reverse psychology?

“When you look at myself and Conor McGregor on paper, he’s taller, has a longer reach, he’s a bigger man from top to bottom,” Mayweather told Smith. “He’s a lot younger. I’ve been off a couple of years, and I’m in my 40s. So if you look at everything on paper, it leans toward Conor McGregor.”
Mayweather is coming out of retirement for the fight against McGregor. It will be his first fight in nearly two years, since a unanimous decision over Andre Berto in September 2015. Before that, his megafight with Manny Pacquiao was a lackluster decision win for him in May 2015.

McGregor won the UFC’s featherweight title in December 2015 with a 13-second knockout of Jose Aldo. Then he had a pair of welterweight fights against Nate Diaz – a submission loss and majority decision win in the rematch – before going after the lightweight title. In November 2016, he stopped Eddie Alvarez to become the first concurrent two-division champ in UFC history, though the promotion stripped his featherweight belt two weeks later, leaving him to move forward at lightweight. But he hasn’t fought since then and instead focused on the birth of his first child – and going after the megafight with Mayweather.

A win over Mayweather obviously would be monumental – and might even necessitate a rematch, meaning the paydays would be off the charts for all parties involved a second time.
“I’m not the same fighter I was two years ago,” Mayweather said. “I’m not the same fighter I was five years ago. I lost a step. A fighter like Andre Berto isn’t even supposed to go the distance with Floyd Mayweather. But remember, I was 38. It’s obvious I’m slipping a little bit to even let a fighter like that go the distance with me. I’m not what I used to be.

“I used to have a 90 percent knockout ratio. It’s obvious I slipped somewhere. Something has taken a toll on my career.”

In actuality, the closest Mayweather ever was to a 90 percent knockout ratio was seven fights into his career, when he had six knockouts for an 86 percent clip. Thirty fights into his pro career, his knockout ratio was at 70 percent.

But despite seeming to upgrade McGregor throughout, Mayweather still believes the fight is his.

“I didn’t say I couldn’t fight. I just said I’m not the same Floyd Mayweather I once was.”

Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor Live Streaming Online [Las Vegas]

Amir Khan won't be watching Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor Live: 'It is going to be a s*** fight'. The British boxer was also interested in a fight with McGregor, but has predicted that the Irishman's bout with Mayweather will be a completely one-sided contest.

Amir Khan has warned boxing fans that Floyd Mayweather’s Las Vegas contest with Conor McGregor will be a “s*** fight”, and has tipped the undefeated American to win easily.

In recent weeks the odds of a McGregor victory have shortened slightly, although Mayweather remains the overwhelming favourite to extend his professional boxing record to 50-0.

And Khan, who hit the headlines earlier this week after the very public breakdown of his marriage, believes that Mayweather will comfortably win an uninspiring contest.

“I think it is going be a s*** fight,” he told Gulf News.

“It’s all just talk at the moment. Mayweather will simply totally outclass him. I mean, if you look at it, it’s not really a fight. McGregor has no boxing background and experience. I can safely predict a horrible knockout.

“Mayweather has not had a KO for the past six years. But with this one against McGregor he is bound to be an easy winner.”

However Khan said that McGregor was a shrewd businessman for taking the fight – even if his chances of winning are incredibly slim.

“It would be a great way for Mayweather to end this if he knocks out a MMA superstar like McGregor, who very well knows that this is a free fight for him,” Khan added.

“You know why? Because McGregor can go back and just turn around and say that he’s lost a boxing fight to an actual boxer. He can always say ‘I have never been a boxer. I’ve always been a MMA fighter’.

“McGregor has nothing to lose in that sense, and at the end of it all, he will make a cool $100 million. It’s good business.”

Perhaps it’s understandable that Khan is no huge fan of the super-fight given that he was also chasing a shot at the Irish UFC star before the Mayweather fight announcement.

Khan was pictured ringside at UFC 208 in New York, and talked up a potential MMA switch back in March.

“I always said I’d give it a go, I’m a fighter who likes to fight and try different things,” he said at the time.

“He [McGregor] wouldn’t know – I’d just hit him – bam-bam-bam-bam, but if he grabbed me I’m done, I’d have to work on that.

“Nate [Diaz] choked him out and Nate said to me ‘he’s not the best when you get him on the floor’, so he’s normally a stand up fighter.

“In boxing I think I beat him quite easily in boxing but in MMA I think it might be tough but you just don’t know.”

Streaming Mayweather vs McGregor Live (2017) Online

Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor: What date is the fight live Streaming, what TV channel online is it on and how much will PPV cost? Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor is, depending on your point of view, either the boxing match of the millennium or a cross-code money-spinning abomination, but what we can tell you with certainty is that the fight is rapidly approaching. Later this month, the once-retired all-time great boxer Mayweather will take on UFC's biggest star McGregor in Las Vegas.

After all the speculation about whether we would have the fight, the last few weeks have seen much name-calling and animosity on both sides, as the rivalry intensifies ahead of the big day.

Anyway, here's everything you need to know about the fight between a boxer with a 49-0 record facing a man who has never taken part in a professional boxing fight.

What date is the fight and at what time?

The fight is happening on Saturday 26 August. While the times haven't been announced, it will certainly be a late night or very early start for viewers in the UK, so expect to be up well into Sunday 27 August, and possibly calling in sick on Monday 28.

Where is the fight taking place?

The bout will be housed in the T-Mobile arena on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. The venue has held major fights in the past, including UFC 202, in which McGregor beat Nate Diaz on points

How can I watch it on TV?

Sky Sports Box Office will show the hugely-anticipated clash for £19.95 in the UK and €24.95 in the Republic of Ireland.

Full details

The cost of the event will be £19.95 / €24.95 across all forms of booking up until midnight Friday 25 August. From then on the cost will still be £19.95 / €24.95 if bookings are made via remote control and online, but will cost £24.95 / €29.95 if booked via the phone. Please note an additional £2 / €2 booking fee still applies if bookings are made via a telephone agent. Cable customers please contact your operator for booking information.

How has the rivalry developed in the last few weeks?

The pair embarked on a four-day tour last month that took in trips to London,  Los Angeles, Toronto and New York.

The tension reached a crescendo at the SSE Arena in Wembley, when after trading profanities, the UFC fighter said: "Four years ago I fought in London at The Forum in front of about 500 people. Now here I am about to quadruple my net worth with one half a fight. Sign me up. No one is going to kick, knee or elbow. And it’s against this little b****."

There was also controversy in New York when McGregor was accused of racism after saying "I'm half-black".

What are their fighting records?

Mayweather retired in 2015 with an unblemished 49-0 professional boxing record.

He is widely regarded as one of the best defensive fighters ever, and prides himself on his ability to evade punishment with his skillful movement about the ring while making adjustments against opponents on the fly.

A win for Mayweather would move him ahead of former heavyweight great Rocky Marciano, who also retired with a perfect 49-0 career record.

McGregor, the UFC's reigning lightweight champion and former featherweight champion, is known as much for his bravado as for his explosive knockout power inside an MMA octagon.

The 28-year-old Irishman became the first UFC fighter to hold two belts simultaneously when he knocked out Eddie Alvarez in New York last November for the lightweight championship.

The UFC stripped McGregor of his featherweight belt shortly after that fight when he announced he would be taking some time off after he and long-time partner Dee Devlin had their first baby in May.

Known for his devastating striking and highlight-reel knockouts, McGregor is also quick and irrational on his feet, but few would back him to beat one of the most complete boxers of all time.

What are the rules of the fight?

The fight will be held under boxing rules, presenting a huge challenge for mixed martial artists McGregor as he faces off against one of the greatest defensive boxers in history.

Adding to McGregor's challenge, the fighters will be using 10-ounce boxing gloves instead of the smaller UFC gloves and he will not be allowed to use the leg kicks or takedowns that are used in mixed martial arts.

McGregor will weigh in at 154 pounds, UFC president Dana White told ESPN.

What are the odds?

Bookies immediately predicted a Mayweather win. William Hill put the veteran fighter at 1/11 favourite.

Oddsmaker Nick Bogdanovich said the odds would be even more lopsided if it wasn't for the deluge of small bets expected to come in from UFC fans on their fighter.

"Realistically if we were just putting up a number and didn't have to take bets on it, Floyd would be 1/100," Bogdanovich said. "But this will be a very, very big betting fight for sure, one of the biggest ever."

What have they said?

Floyd Mayweather Jr

In the first stop of a four-city media tour promoting the fight, told the 20,000-strong crowd in Los Angeles: "I don't care if it's a ring or it's an octagon, I will kick ass. I don't back down for anybody.

"You line them up and I will knock them down. On August 26, I'm gonna knock this b**** out too."

McGregor retorted: "You haven't knocked anyone out in about 20 years."

Mayweather added: "We talking about from the nineties to now, world champion 18 years, but it is no problem. I'm not the same fighter as I was years ago, but I got enough to beat you.

"You will wave that white flag. You are going out on your face or your back. Which was do you want to go? All you need to do is show up and I will do the rest.

"God only made one thing perfect, and that is my boxing record."

Conor McGregor

The Irishman was the crowd favourite at the opening press event as he made fun of Mayweather's IRS troubles - a lack of cash prompted him to file an appeal with the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) regarding overdue taxes - and promised to flatten an aging fighter.

"He's in a track suit," McGregor told the crowd of more than 11,000 people. "He can't even afford a suit anymore."

"I am honoured to be here, to give you this spectacle," McGregor said. "His little legs, his little core, his little head, I am going to knock him out inside four rounds, mark my words.

"I am a young, confident, happy man that has worked extremely hard for this.

"I am just up here embracing everything. No-one can do anything to me. I am just enjoying myself and having a good time.

"He will be unconsciousness in four rounds. He has never faced this. I don't fear him.

"All these rules, all these restrictions, it doesn't faze me; it amuses me. It is funny to me all these rules.

"All I need is a gum shield. Line me up to the ring and I am good to go."

Watch Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor (2017) Online Streaming Live

Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor is a tired, joyless farce - not to mention an embarrassing mismatch. Comment: The drama has already played out, almost before it really got started. The act is tired and the fight promises to be nothing but a mismatch.

There's a reason hundreds of good seats remain for what was supposed to be the year's hottest ticket.

Actually, there are two reasons the hype bubble surrounding the fight between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor has been punctured, at least a bit.

In their quest to extract every dollar possible, promoters wildly miscalculated their audience. This isn't boxing, with an established wealthy fan base willing to pay thousands of dollars as they did for Mayweather's 2015 fight with Manny Pacquiao.

Read more: Is Mayweather vs McGregor in danger of becoming a box office flop?

The 20-something UFC fans that are driving this promotion for the most part don't have 10 grand to blow on a pair of seats. They'll have to be content to sit in front of the television with a few friends, cheering on McGregor from the couch instead of inside the arena.

The other reason might be that the con job that is Mayweather and McGregor has been exposed. And, in a revealing twist, it was done by the fighters themselves.

See Floyd play with his money. Watch Conor model fur coats and boast that his net worth will quadruple.

Listen as they scream profanities at each other, then try not to laugh at the inside joke they share as they face off for photographers.

It's all a big tease, a fantasyland built on dreams and hopes. It's as phony as the $100 million check that Mayweather likes to wave around when the truth is he can't even afford to pay his taxes without selling some of his assets.

That's enough to sell it to home viewers at $99.95 apiece. It's entertainment, much like Wrestlemania, and a good excuse to get a few friends together for a party.

But it's a little tougher to justify $15,000 (plus $1,292.81 in service fees) for two seats in Section 4, Row S of the T-Mobile arena that are so far from ringside you'll need to spend another $100 for a pair of binoculars to see the action.

This is more reality show than fight, and the reality is that it's such an awful mismatch that Nevada boxing regulators should be ashamed of themselves for even sanctioning it.

But Mayweather is starved for cash, and doesn't mind making a fool of himself to replenish his bank account. The boxer who likes to wear hats proclaiming himself "TBE"' (The Best Ever) is so desperate to sell this fight that he's promoting it by suggesting he's not that good anymore.

"That's what makes this fight so entertaining," Mayweather said on the All Access show. "I'm not the Mayweather of the past."

He's right, because the Mayweather of the past was at least mildly interesting. But the money act is as dated as the check from the Pacquiao fight that Mayweather seems to have trouble cashing.
Gone are the days when he and 50 Cent used to toss around stacks of bills, then head out in the Bugatti to the strip clubs to throw dollar bills at dancers. The Big Boy mansion doesn't seem so big anymore, and there are only so many times you can watch Mayweather sitting in his private jet.

The same holds true for McGregor. His fur coats seem nice enough — though it's hard to be sure the one he wore at the media tour stop in New York was really made of polar bear — and he's thrown out a few genuinely funny lines.

But it mostly feels forced, like the UFC star has been rehearsing too long. Yes, it's easy to mock Mayweather for allegedly not being able to read, but 50 Cent delivered the same material years ago after he and Mayweather had a nasty split.

Indeed, by the time the tour hit New York the trash talk was stale. Aside from the F-bombs thrown out like red meat to the eager crowd, there wasn't anything that screamed "Buy me!" about the fight.

And to think there are three more All Access episodes remaining. That's about three too many for this one-trick pony.

Still, the bottom line is that McGregor's true believers really believe. They're putting money on their man despite the fact he has no chance — other than something truly bizarre happening — inside the ring. They may not be able to afford seats in the arena but they will buy the pay-per-view in numbers that rival the 4.6 million sold for Mayweather-Pacquiao.

Expanding that outside the core of fans driving this fight will be more difficult, though, as shown by the resistance to the insanely inflated ticket prices.

Proof, perhaps, that even a freak show is worth only so much.

[Watch] Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor Live Streaming (2017) Online

Floyd Mayweather vs. Conor McGregor Fight Live Stream Still Has Hundreds of Unsold Tickets. Hundreds of tickets are reportedly still available for the Aug. 26 bout between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor Online Streaming.

According to the Associated Press' Tim Dahlberg, "a check online Saturday revealed hundreds—even thousands—of seats still available" firsthand on Ticketmaster after they were initially made available to the public Monday.

Based on the cost to get into T-Mobile Arena for the Las Vegas spectacle, that's not a major surprise.

As Dahlberg noted, the cheapest face-value ticket is $3,500, and that's not counting approximately $300 worth of fees associated with the purchase. Prices soar as high as $10,000 for ringside seats, with VIP "platinum" tickets clocking in just under $15,000.

Those astronomical rates have also contributed to some paltry secondhand-market sales.

"There's fairly little sales going on in general," SeatGeek.com content analyst Chris Leyden said, per Dahlberg. "I think a lot of it has to do with where prices are now. I think people are a little uncomfortable paying this much or maybe even more."

If the tickets do sell out, the fight should have a shot at breaking the record-setting $72,198,500 gate from Mayweather's 2015 fight against Manny Pacquiao at the MGM Garden Arena—which seats 16,800 compared to T-Mobile Arena's 20,000
