{Watch} Conor vs Mayweather Live Stream Online

What is the prize money for McGregor vs Mayweather and how much of the purse will the winner get? Boxing purists may be shying away from the thought of Floyd Mayweather vs Conor McGregor, but you can expect the money to be rolling in over the next couple of months.

'Money' Mayweather has been more than happy to flaunt his wealth over the years, posting pictures of wads of cash on show.

His bout with Manny Pacquiao in May 2015 broke pay-per-view records, bringing in more than 4.5million purchases at an average of $99 cost. TV revenue alone is thought to have passed $400million (£309million).

Mayweather is believed to have earned at least $180million from that fight alone.

So what for Mayweather-McGregor? Will it break records, and what can each fighter earn?

What is the estimated fight purse?

The figure depends on a number of different variables, including pay-per-view sales, pricing structure in the UK, ticket sales and more.

If PPV revenue stays in line with the Mayweather-Pacquiao bout, the fight purse is likely to be worth some $300million, with total revenues at $500million (£385million).

What will the split be?

A confidentiality agreement means the exact split will not be revealed. However, reports suggest the difference could be 70-30 or 75-25 in Mayweather's favour.

What is the fight expected to make in pay-per-view terms?

It depends on whether the US broadcasters charge viewers up to $100 once again. If they do, then $400million and more is not out of the question, especially if Conor McGregor's trash talking ramps up. Additionally, the potential audience could be even wider still with McGregor attracting a huge following.

A TV deal with a UK broadcaster has not yet been struck, with negotiations ongoing.

How much money will the tickets make?

The fight will take place in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, which has a capacity of around 20,000. Tickets are selling at a premium, with ringside seats going for between £18,000 and £30,000. Even those in the upper tier of the arena are going for more than £2,000.

Ticket receipts for Mayweather-Pacquiao totaled around £70million. With just under two months to go until the fight, interest is expected to grow further and is likely to get close to the figure of the 2015 bout.

What are the estimated earnings for each fighter?

With the estimated revenues and splits in mind, $230 million for Mayweather and $70million for McGregor is not out of the question. Pay-per-view sales could change that figure. News Source
